“Reach For It Part 2”

Philippians 3:13

Listen to what the Apostle Paul says, “I am forgetting those things which are behind, and I am reaching forth unto those things which are before.”

The Lord does not want us to reach backward. He wants us to reach forward. What is behind us represents our past, but what is before us represents our future.

The Lord is trying to get you to reach forward into your future.

The Lord has a great future in store for you if you will just reach for it.

Jeremiah 29:11 says, “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.”

However, it requires you to reach for it, because some things you will not be able to lay hold of unless you reach for it.

You know there is a saying, “Those who walk with God, always reach their destination.”

So, stop trying to do it on your own. Let the Lord back in to your life so you can reach for it.

I Timothy 4:1 says, “Now the spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils.” There are people that are walking away from the faith.

The Lord no longer has an active role in their lives. They may even go to church on Sunday, but when they leave church, that is the end of His role in their lives. Do not allow this to happen to you.

Remember, those who walk with God, always reach their destination. It is your time to reach for it.
