The Daily WORD by Bishop Ronald Hardy, Sr.

“Rejoice and Be Glad”

Psalm 118:24

Remember that the Lord has given you this day.

This day is full of opportunities that you did not have yesterday. However, it is important to realize that your attitude is a big key to the success or victories that you can have in this day.

That is why the writer says, “This is the day which the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.”

It is important for you to have the right attitude, which should be an attitude of gladness.

Gladness – feeling of joy or pleasure; delighted.

This has a lot to do with your thinking pattern.

Philippians 4:8 says, “Finally brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of a good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.”

Make sure you focus on the right thoughts. We are a product of our thought life.

Do not allow your attitude to hinder what the Lord has in store for you.

Embrace this time with great excitement and anticipation, because I truly believe the best is yet to come.

Remember, your attitude can determine your altitude.
