The Daily WORD by Bishop Ronald Hardy, Sr.

“Jesus Paid It All”

I Corinthians 6:19-20

The writer is letting us know that Jesus Christ paid a price for us to purchase our salvation.

This is why we should glorify Him with our lives which belong to Him.

He literally gave His life to give us life. I think that we should take a moment to really appreciate Him for the price that He paid for us.

This is the time in which we celebrate the death, burial and resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

As I revisited the scriptures concerning what He went through, I know that I could never repay Him for what He did. It makes me want to do all that I can for Him.

When He made the statement on the cross, “It is finished,” He knew that He had paid the full price for our salvation.

This price consist of Him being humiliated in the midst of Him being crucified, but He was willing to do it all for us. So, my word to you today is to never forget the price that He paid for us, because He paid it all.
