“The Power of Agreement Part 2”

Matthew 18:19

You need to find someone that will give consent to what you are desiring to take place in your life this year.

After you find that individual that has your heart, make them your prayer partner.

Jesus said, “If two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my father which is in heaven.”

Once you find your prayer partner, be consistent about taking a few minutes each day or every week to touch and agree in prayer for one another. This can literally be done over the phone, or if it is your spouse, it can be done right in your home.

Here are a few scriptures on God’s response to our prayer:

Matthew 21:22 says, “And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.” Prayer is a channel in which we receive from the Lord. James says in chapter 1:6 & 7, “But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.” Be confident when you approach Him in prayer.

James 5:16 says, “The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.” So, begin this year with a prayer partner, because there is power in agreement.
